Registration for Belizean Families
By Registering:
- I understand that I will be billed for the entire tuition (including registration fees) and that registration will not be processed without payment.
- I understand that a parent is responsible to attend all suzuki core lessons, take notes and practice with the child (applies to children ages 12 and under).
- I understand that due to COVID-19 some core Suzuki Lessons may take place remotely over ZOOM.
- I release Daniela Gongora and (Daniela Gongora Music Academy in association with the Belize Suzuki Summer Institute) from liability for myself and my child while participating in camp events.
- In the event that the institute is cancelled, full refunds will be furnished.
- In the event that you must cancel your registration, submit written notice to the Belize Suzuki Summer Institute by emailing bzesuzuki2020@gmail.com. Cancellations will be processed as follows:
- Written notice received prior to April 1: Tuition 100% refundable less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Written notice received after April 1: No refunds (medical exceptions with appropriate documentation)
- Photos/video may be taken of me/my child during lessons and events, and I authorize their use for camp publicity.
